Directions to Ivyleaf Storage (Travelling from the North)
If you are approaching from the north — such as Barnstaple, Bideford, or the North Devon coastline — Ivyleaf Storage can be reached easily via the A39 Atlantic Highway.
By Car
Travel south on the A39 Atlantic Highway in the direction of Bude / Stratton.
You will pass through Hartland, continue past GCHQ Bude, and drive through Kilkhampton.
Stay on the A39 and continue beyond the Little Pig Farm Shop.
Shortly after passing the local tip, the road bends to the right — remain on the A39.
As the road curves, you’ll notice a greener area and a small valley on your right-hand side.
When the land levels out and the road straightens, look for the Ivyleaf Storage sign on the left.
Turn up the hill, follow the road around the left-hand bend past Heidelberg Materials, and continue uphill.
Proceed until you see a house directly ahead — the entrance to Ivyleaf Storage will be on your left.
Turn left, then immediately right to enter the Ivyleaf Storage (Golf Centre) car park.
Directions to Ivyleaf Storage (Travelling from the South)
For visitors travelling from the south — including Wadebridge, Newquay, or Bodmin — Ivyleaf Storage is also accessed via the A39 Atlantic Highway.
By Car
Head north on the A39 Atlantic Highway towards Bude.
Remain on the A39 as you approach the outskirts of the town.
Follow signs for Bideford to avoid entering Bude town centre.
You will pass an industrial estate, with open fields on your right-hand side.
Continue past a modern housing development, again with fields to your right.
Arrive at the Stratton roundabout, with Penbode Vets visible on the right.
Drive straight across the roundabout, staying on the A39 towards Bideford and Holsworthy.
Shortly afterwards, you’ll pass through a 30mph zone in Bush.
As the speed limit increases to 40mph, watch for the turning to Ivyleaf Storage on the right.
Turn up the hill, continue around the left-hand bend past Heidelberg Materials, and follow the road uphill.
When you see a house ahead, the entrance to Ivyleaf Storage will be on your left.
Turn left, then right to access the Ivyleaf Storage (Golf Centre) car park.
